Diva Dogs is an Oregon public-benefit nonprofit corporation governed by its Board of Directors. The IRS has recognized Diva Dogs as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), effective May 22, 2026. The IRS determination letter states that contributions to Diva Dogs are deductible under Internal Revenue Code Section 170. Diva Dogs is classified as a public charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).
